ВНЕКЛАССНОЕ МЕРОПРИЯТИЕ:

ФЕСТИВАЛЬ АНГЛИЙСКОЙ ПЕСНИ

Цели фестиваля:

•        Создание развивающей среды для формирования и развития детской одарённости в области изучения английского языка и исполнительского искусства, среды, побуждающей к самореализации и самовыражению;

•        Совершенствование компетенций учащихся в процессе освоения иностранного языка;

•        Развитие профессиональной компетентности педагогов.

Задачи фестиваля:

•        Развитие мотивации к изучению английского языка;

•        Формирование интереса и уважительного отношения к культуре народов изучаемого языка;

•        Формирование и развитие творческих и познавательных способностей при подготовке к Фестивалю;

•        Активизация внеурочной деятельности по предмету иностранный язык.

Сценарий фестиваля

Ведущий1:    Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls! Good afternoon! It’s lovely to meet you here at our festival of English songs and poems. ( слайд 1)

Ведущий2:    Здравствуйте, дорогие гости. Мы рады приветствовать вас на нашем фестивале английских песен и стихов.

Ведущий1:  Music and songs raise our spirits, help us to overcome difficulties, make our feelings more complicated and our life becomes more colourful.
Ведущий2:  Да… музыка – это то, что никого не оставляет равнодушным, это целый мир внутри нас и вокруг нас. Музыка – это язык, который все понимают. А ты понимаешь песни на английском языке?

Ведущий1: В общем да, но это совсем не обязательно понимать каждое слово, ведь язык музыки и так понятен всем.

Ведущий2: Yes, I think so. О чем поется в нашей первой песне, открывающей  фестиваль  нам расскажет Токарев Артем ученик 4 Б класса.

Ведущий1: На сцене ученицы 6Б класса : Турищева Виктория и Черепова Анна, с песней  «Good morning».  (слайд 2)

Ведущий1: What a fine day today!!

Ведущий2: Yes, it`s beautiful!  А ты знаешь у нас есть такая песня, которая называется It`s a beautiful day. Автором и исполнителем этой песни является Tim McMorris ( слайд 4)

Ведущий1:  Ярко светит солнце

                      На мое лицо.

                      Я чувствую легкость,

                      И все на своих местах.

Ведущий2: Давайте послушаем эту песню в исполнении учащихся 9 А класса Власовой Ксении и Макренцевой Светланы.

Ведущий1: Я вот подумала, может ли человек прожить без песен? Наверное, нет. В песнях можно выразить чувства, переживания, эмоции- радостные и печальные.

Ведущий2: Да, это так. А сколько песен о любви? Их множество. Давайте послушаем главный хит певицы Адель песня «Rolling in the deep» в исполнении ученицы 5В класса Кравченко Оксаны. ( слайд 5)

Ведущий1: Эта певица так популярна у наших ребят, что мы услышим еще одну ее песню «Skyfall». ( слайд 6)

Ведущий2: Пусть небеса обрушатся.

                     Когда они разверзнутся,

                     Мы не дрогнем,

                     Мы выдержим это вместе.

Ведущий1: Итак слушаем эту песню в исполнении Самцовой Лизы, ученицы 6А класса.

Ведущий2: Я думаю теперь самое время отвлечься от музыки и перейти к стихотворениям.

Ведущий1:  Да! Очень красивые песни прозвучали сейчас. Но не менее чудесные выступления подготовили для нас учащиеся 3х и 4х  классов. Они просто уже рвутся на сцену, чтобы прочитать приготовленные ими стихи. Встречаем!

Ведущий2: Бородкина Ксения 3А со стихотворением “Look in the book” ( слайд 7)

Ведущий1: Лучковская Алина 4 Б “My poor puppy” ( слайд

Ведущий2 В таких случаях так и хочется сказать: «С чувством, с толком, с расстановкой». ребята – именно о вас идет речь! Видно, ребята старались. Аплодисменты, поддержим их

Ведущий1: И жизнь, и слезы и любовь. Где я встречала эту фразу? 

Ведущий2: Кстати, про слезы у нас есть песня. «Я не знаю, как остановить эти слезы.» Поет Новичихина Настя, ученица 8Б класса  « Drip-drop» ( слайд 9)

Ведущий1: Yes, Music helps us to understand the inner world of a person

Ведущий2: А теперь я предлагаю от серьезного перейти к веселому. Сейчас мы услышим песню Алисы в стране чудес в исполнении Тонишевой Марии, ученицы 5б класса

 ( слайд 10)

Ведущий2: Зима – время веселья, забав и праздников.

Ведущий1 А самые любимые праздники детей и взрослых в это время года -Рождество и Новый год.

Ведущий2: Oh yes. Christmas gifts, Christmas trees and decorations, Christmas dinner. Christmas songs and carols. 

Ведущий1: Уes, it`s wonderful Christmas time…

Ведущий2:  Ты почти угадал название следующего стихотворения , которое приготовили для нас учащиеся 4а класса « It`s Christmas time»

Ведущий1 А ты знаешь что учащиеся 3 В класса тоже подготовили стихотворение об этом чудесном празднике!. Давайте послушаем их. ( Прямоглядова, Глушкова )

Ведущий1: In my opinion we should decorate our festival with beautiful Christmas song. Она очень популярна и переведена на многие языки. Более того на основе этой песни сделано множество художественных переводов в стихотворной форме. Итак давайте послушаем один из вариантов художественного перевода этой песни. Выступают ученики 3А класса.

 Ведущий2: А теперь песня  «Колокольчики звените» в исполнении учащихся 6а класса.

Ведущий1: Вот и подходит к концу наш фестиваль. Спасибо всем участникам фестиваля.

Ведущий2: We hope you liked the festival. Our time is over. Желаем дальнейших успехов в изучении английского языка.

Time runs fast and we know our lives as English teachers are vital to increase the motivation and  interest of our students when they learn English in a non real context, thus we consider  music as a relevant factor (using songs) in the EFL classroom. 

 BENEFITS

• An effective way  to motivate and  break  the possibly boredom in the classroom. 

• To promote the abilities such as singing, dancing and body language.

• Making from the classroom atmosphere less formal and the students feel more at ease.

• Integrating the four skills ( L- S- W- RC) and enriching  gradually  the lessons. 

• The English songs are a full-value teaching material that should be used frequently in the classroom.

• Creating extra-curricular activities where the students practice the foreing language.

• Enhancing the whole student-socially, cognitively and artistically. (MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCES)  

Taking into account all mentioned above we planned and organized English Song Festival as a motivational strategy to increase the students´ participation in activities that promote the use of  foreign language.

Goal: to enhance student’s participation in a musical activity that promotes the use of this foreign language.

Forms: 8—11

Time: from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm

Place: assembly hall

ENGLISH SONG FESTIVAL-2016

“We are the world”

S1: Hello everybody!  Welcome to our song festival.

S2: Today you will listen to English and American songs of the most popular singers and bands.

S1: Our concert is devoted to the hits of different years. We invite you to have a journey around musical world from the 70s till nowadays.

S2:Teams from different classes had qualified for the festival and all of them have the same goal – to win.

S1: Our participants must present their songs according to the list given some months ago. Students had to choose songs of the following singers:

S2: An American singer, songwriter, dancer, philanthropist and actor; had 410 awards and a total of 161 Records and Achievements; the best-selling male recording artist of all time; is still called the King of Pop!

(Michael Jackson )

S1: An American singer, songwriter, actress, and businesswoman; the best-selling female recording artist of all time; is called the Queen of Pop.

(Madonna)

S2: A British rock band formed in London; their Greatest Hits album was the all-time best-selling album in UK Chart history; The show must go on, Friends will be friends can be heard everywhere, in all parts of the world!

S1: A Swedish pop band; was widely noted for the colourful and trend-setting costumes its members wore; were honoured at the 50th anniversary celebration of the Eurovision Song Contest in 2005, when their hit «Waterloo» was chosen as the best song in the competition’s history. (Abba)

 S2: A German rock band; Rolling Stone magazine describes them as «the heroes of heavy metal», and MTV called them «Ambassadors of Rock».

S2: I agree with you, last weekend I went to the disco of 80s. The coolest song was “Say Say Say! “
S1: «Say Say Say» is a pop song written and performed by Paul McCartney and Michael Jackson. It was a number one hit in the United States, Canada, Norway, Sweden, and several other countries.

S2: In 2013, Billboard magazine listed the song as the 40th biggest hit of all-time on the Billboard Hot 100 charts. The song was listed as the 22nd greatest duet of all time. Meet the 8^th V form with this song!

S1: … do you believe in ghosts?

S2: I’ve never seen ghosts but people say there are even towns full of them.

S1: I think girls from the 8^th A form will prove that ghosts really exist.

S1: Yesterday I was surfing the Net and found interesting and rare names: Annora, Birdie, Clementina, Lorelei.

S2: Lorelei? I think I have heard it somewhere? Oh, yes, Scorpions have a song with this name.

S1: Today their song will be presented by Maria Knisch. “Lorelei!”

S1: … do you have a boyfriend?

S2: Let it be my secret.

S1: Ok, let it be! Meet the 10^th B with the song “Let it be”

S1: I decided we need to go to the park tomorrow. The weather is fine and we’ll have time to relax and talk about different things.

S2: Who will go?

S1: You and I. You are my best friend and truly speaking I need your help with the biology project connected to trees.

S2: Ok, now I see. Meet the 8^th A form with the song “You and I”.

S1: Will they sing about their school problems?

S2: Let’s listen and find out.

S1: Do you have a dream?

S2: I want to travel a lot, to have a big house somewhere at the seaside, to have a rich husband, to be happy and… I want, want, want… want it all! I want everything.

S1: Sounds interesting. So you want it all. The guys from the 8^th G form also want everything and they want it now. Meet them!

S1: … do you like our show?

S2: Yes, all our participants are good singers and well-prepared.

S1: Right you are. So the show must go on!

S2: The 11the A is ready to go on!

S1: How are you feeling now?
S2: I`m so happy to be here and listen to all these wonderful songs!
S1: Yeah, as the show must go on l et`s listen to another song, I`m sure you`ll like it. “We built this house” by Evelina Osadchiva and Kate Nevzorova.

S1: What is music? It is more than a combination of pleasant sounds. It is an art that reflects people`s ideas and emotions.

S2: I think love is one of the most important feelings in life.

S1: May be you are right. Girls from the 11^th B will tell us about it.

“Somebody to love”

S1: … do you have any ideas of an ideal husband?

S2: I want to marry an Englishman.

S1: Why Englishman?

S2: Because of the 10^th A song. I heard it during their rehearsal for this concert.

S1: I want to listen to this song. May be I will decide to marry an Englishman too.

S1: Cool! I will marry an Englishman and we will have the kiss forever!

S2: Forever? Is it possible?

S1: I believe so. Anyway Sayaka and Sarah are ready to sing about it.

S2: Fantastic! Let’s listen to them.

S1: Remembering pop music, we can not but say about the King of Pop, Michael Jackson.
S2: Yes, quite right, his contribution into the music world is priceless.

S1: «We Are the World» is a song and charity single.  It topped music charts throughout the world and became the fastest-selling American pop single in history. The first ever single to be certified multi-platinum, «We Are the World» received a Platinum certification by the Recording Industry Association of America. «We Are the World» was recognized with several awards following its release.

S2: Now we are having bonus track performed by our pupils. Meet them!

S1: Our concert is coming to an end. Meet our jury. They have worked hard and everybody is waiting for the results of our show!

Ход праздника:

Звучат фанфары. На сцену выходят двое ведущих: юноша (переводчик) и

девушка (англичанка). Они обращаются к зрительному залу с вступительным

словом.

I.Вступительное слово

Good afternoon dear boys and girls, all our dear guests! We are happy to see you in

this hall because today we’ll have the 1-st music festival of an English song.

Ведущий1: Music and songs raise our spirits, help us to overcome difficulties,

make our feelings more complicated and our life becomes more colourful.

Ведущий 2: Да… музыка – это то, что никого не оставляет равнодушным,

это целый мир внутри нас и вокруг нас. Музыка – это язык, который все

понимают. А ты понимаешь песни на английском языке?

Ведущий1: В общем да, но это совсем не обязательно понимать каждое

слово, ведь язык музыки и так понятен всем.

B2: If you want to be a star, start from your native school.

Если вы хотите стать звездой, начните с родной школы

B1: You are here to show your talent not only to your friends and classmates, but

to your teachers and parents.

Вы здесь, чтобы показать свой талант не только друзьям и одноклассникам,

B2. Our pupils will sing songs in English and demonstrate their skills, abilities and

talents on this stage. So have a nice time! Off we go!

Наши ученики будут петь песни на английском языке и демонстрировать

свои навыки, способности и таланты на этой сцене. Так что приятно провести

B1: To start our event we have to introduce our jury.

B2: So, our festival will be opened by Аlena Petrii with the group of boys and girls

from 5B. They will sing the song «Everything at once» by Lenka from Australia!

Lenka is an Australian actress, singer and songwriter. She is widely known for

performing the songs of her own composition: «The Show» and «Everything At

Once». Welcome cool boys and girls!

В1: Итак, наш фестиваль откроет Алена Петрий с группой мальчиков и

девочек 5Б класса, которые споют песню Ленки из Австралии «Все сразу».

Lenka-австралийская актриса, певица и автор песен. Она широко известна

исполнением песен собственного сочинения — «The Show» и «Everything At

Once». Добро пожаловать, крутые мальчики и девочки!

В2: Now we’d like to invite on the stage beautiful talented girls and cool boys

from form 7В. They’ll perform the song «You are my sunshine» It is about love,

feeling to the dearest things in the world (mother, life, earth and everything we live

for…). Meet them, please!

В1: Tеперь мы хотим пригласить на сцену красивых талантливых девушек и

классных парней из 7Б. Они исполнят песню «Ты мое солнце ». Речь идет о

любви — чувстве к самым дорогим вещам в мире: Матери, жизни, земле и

всему, ради чего мы живем… Встречайте их, пожалуйста!

B2: I think love is an invaluable gift .The song «If everybody sent a Valentine» is

about love, appreciation, participation, love to family and friends And valentines,

as a symbol of such love, it turns out, are very important … They make all people

in this world a little bit better and kinder.

Я думаю, что любовь — это бесценный дар. Песня «If everybody sent a

Valentine» о любви, благодарности, участии, любви к семье и друзьям, а

валентинки, как символ такой любви, оказываются, очень важны … Они

делают всех людей в этом мире немного лучше и добрее

В1: I agree with you. Love is the greatest thing in the world .Girls from the 6 B

will tell us about it.

B2: Я с вами согласен. Любовь-это величайшая вещь в мире. И девочки из 6Б

расскажут нам об этом.

В1: The youngest participant of our show is invited to this stage with the song

«Skinny Marinky dinky dink». She is talented, charming and pretty. She is fond of

English, singing and dancing.

B2: Самая юная участница нашего шоу приглашена на эту сцену с песней

«Skinny Marinky dink».Она талантлива, обаятельна и красива. Увлекается

английским языком, пением и танцами.

В1: Traditionally, Christmas in the United States, which is celebrated on 25

December, is more popular and important holiday than the New Year. Christmas is

probably one of the most beautiful international festivals in America.

В1: По сложившейся веками традиции рождество в США является

праздником более популярным и значимым, чем Новый год. Рождество

отмечается 25 декабря. Рождество, возможно, один из самых красивых

международных фестивалей в Америке.

В1: Let’s meet the pupils of 6B form with thunderous applause. They’ll perform

the Christmas song «Jingle bells».

В2: Встречаем бурными аплодисментами учеников 6Б класса с

рождественской песней «Jingle bells».

В1: We are glad to meet the next participants of our concert. They are the group of

boys and girls from 6A form with the song of Swedish music group «ABBA»

«Happy New Year». Welcome cool boys and girls!

B2: Мы рады встретить следующих участников нашего концерта. Они

представляют собой группу мальчиков и девочек из 6А с песней шведской

музыкальной группы ABBA «Happy New Year».

B1: England is associated with such famous name: «The Beatles» — the most

popular group in the 1970s. This Liverpool «four» was famous all over the world.

С Англией ассоциируется такое известное имя: «Битлз» — самая популярная

группа 1970-х годов. Эта ливерпульская «четверка» прославилась на весь

мир.

B2: On the stage Kostya Gafitulin и Zhenya Yakusheva with a song «Yesterday».

На сцене Костя Гафитулин и Женя Якушева с песней «Вчера».

B1: We just can’t imagine our life without love! Perhaps it’s one of the strongest

feelings that can live in our souls and in our hearts. People have created a lot

of works of art about love: pictures, books, songs, films. Every person falls in love

at least once in his or her life. And it’s wonderful!

Мы просто не представляем свою жизнь без любви! Возможно, это одно из

самых сильных чувств, которое может жить в наших душах и наших сердцах.

Люди создали множество произведений искусства о любви: картины, книги,

песни, фильмы. Каждый человек хоть раз в жизни влюбляется. И это

прекрасно!

B2: I agree with you. Love is the greatest thing in the world. And I know a very

pretty girl who sings so wonderfully about this feeling. Let’s meet Кate Limanova

with a song «My heart will go on».

Я согласен с вами. Любовь — это величайшая вещь на свете. И я знаю очень

красивую девушку, которая так замечательно поет об этом чувстве.

Встречайте Катю Лимановус песней «Сердце мое продолжится».

B1: Yes, love is a great power and I’d like to welcome another participant who

also sings about over lasting love….

Да, любовь — это великая сила, и я хотел бы поприветствовать еще одного

участника, который также поет о длительной любви …

B2: Oh, let me guess… Is he Kostya Gafitulin?

Ой, дай угадаю… Он — Костя Гафитулин?

B1: You are right. On the stage Kostya Gafitulin with a song «Sealed with a kiss»

B2:Ты прав. На сцене Костя Гафитулин с песней «Запечатанный поцелуем»

B1: Unfortunately, everything good has its end. And our festival has also come to

its end. And now we want to invite all the participants of today’s concert to the

stage and perform the famous song in English «I just call to say I love you».

B2: К сожалению, всему хорошему приходит конец. И наш фестиваль тоже

подошел к концу. И сейчас мы хотим позвать всех участников сегодняшнего

концерта на сцену и исполнить знаменитую песню на английском языке «I

just call to say I love you»

В1: Let’s sing together

B2: While our participants are waiting for their results, let’s choose the one who

has won your love.

B1: Пока наши участники ждут своих результатов, давайте выберем того, кто

завоевал вашу любовь

B2: Clap your hands if you want to support the participant.

Ведущие перечисляют участников по очереди. Выбирается участник,

получивший приз зрительских симпатий.

B1: The British are fond of dancing, don’t they?

B2: Англичане любят танцы, не так ли?

B 1: And we hope you like it either. So while our jury is working — enjoy dancing.

On the stage is Vladimir Funk with an incendiary dance.

B2:И мы надеемся, что они вам тоже нравятся. Так что пока работает наше

жюри — наслаждайтесь танцами. На сцене Владимир Функ с зажигательным

танцем.

Жюри подводит итоги. Слово жюри, вручение грамот. Вручить грамоты

предоставляется директору

Конкурс проводится в целях популяризации изучения иностранных языков (английского, немецкого) в школах района.
Цели конкурса:
-формирование межкультурной компетенции, т.е. знакомство с современной и классической музыкальной культурой стран изучаемого языка;
— выявление и поддержка талантливых учащихся

we can hear music everywhere: in the streets, at home, over the radio and TV,
and Internet, and of course, at our school, because a lot of pupils are
interested in music.

all of us like music. We can express our thoughts and feelings, we can relax
